December 23, 2009 - Coquimbo Chile facility receives ISO-9001-2008 certification

On December 17 and 18, 2009, the new Coquimbo-Chile facility obtained the ISO 9001-2008 certification. The lab is aiming to soon be accredited by INN (Instituto National de Normalización) and UKAS (United Kingdom Accreditation Service).

The foundations of a Certified Quality Management System is continuous improvement. Applying this concept to our processes and improving the capabilities of our staff as well as the implementation of new technologies, enabled Actlabs to provide a high-end technology and technical support service, focussed on continuous customer satisfaction.

The robustness of our Quality Management System ensures the standardization of all processes and will be integrated to the ISO 17025-2005 accreditation for testing laboratories, in 2010.
